If the Chinese words can not display on the page, you can operate as follows:

1. Download the Chinese font file from:
http://help.jongo.com/fonts/simsun.ttc
Right click on the above link and choose "save target as…"

2. For different operating systems, please copy the downloaded file (“simsun.ttc”) into the corresponding directory of your operating system:

Windows 2000: copy "simsun.ttc" into "c:\winnt\fonts"

Windows XP: copy "simsun.ttc" into "c:\windows\fonts"

Windows 2003: copy "simsun.ttc" into "c:\windows\fonts"

When the file is pasted into the corresponding directory of your operating system, the operating system will set up the Chinese fonts automatically.

3. Return to the webpage where you found Chinese words that could not be displayed. If the Chinese words are still out of shape, please press F5 to refresh the webpage and you’ll be able to read the Chinese words clearly.
